3 & 3’s Softball Journal
Growth & Self-reflection for Athletes
The 3 & 3’s Journal was created as a truly beautiful and inviting space for our girls to pause, self-reflect, set meaningful goals, and grow with confidence—both on and off the field.
Rather than focusing only on results or statistics, this journal teaches athletes how to evaluate their journey with purpose. Each entry encourages players to identify three things they did well and three areas to grow, helping them recognize progress while learning from challenges.
From there, athletes are guided to choose one focus area and create a simple, actionable plan to improve. This intentional process builds accountability, resilience, and a growth mindset—skills that extend far beyond the game.
What This Journal Helps Build:
Confidence through positive self-reflection
Ownership of personal growth and development
Goal-setting and planning skills
Mental toughness and emotional awareness
Healthy habits around training, recovery, and mindset
The 3 & 3’s Journal is more than a planner—it’s a tool for helping young athletes learn who they are, where they’re going, and how to keep growing, one step at a time.
