It’s a big decision to make the commitment in becoming the best player you can be at the game of fastpitch, and I’m so glad that you did.

Fastpitch truly teaches us so much about ourselves. It shows us that only WE are in control of our FULL potential, no one else. It’s about hard WORK ETHIC, showing up every day and staying CONSISTENT.

It will teach you how to constantly break through barriers, how to be a team player, and will help you to realize that YOU are capable of doing absolutely ANYTHING that you put your mind to.

My name is Coach Jen and I’m a professional fastpitch softball instructor in the Pittsburgh area who specializes in pitching. My goal is to reach as many young athletes who are wanting to learn how to play the game of fastpitch and teach them the proper fundamentals and mechanics to keep their bodies safe, have longevity, success in their career, and have fun along the way.

“There may be people who have more talent than you, but there’s no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do.”

- Derek Jeter

I love working with recreational teams and organizations to help build a strong foundation for their pitchers and to help the girls have a fair chance to see if pitching is something they want to do.

I love working with recreational teams and organizations to help build a strong foundation for their pitchers in proper mechanics and fundamentals, learn the importance of having a strong and positive mindset, and to build confidence in themselves and their abilities.

Learning the basic fundamentals is crucial for beginners. Not only will it help them to create proper muscle memory as they continue to learn, but it is extremely important for the safety of their arm to prevent injury.
